Safeguarding and child welfare
Safeguarding and child welfare are paramount importance at Elsenham Youth Football club and place both high on our agenda. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for child welfare is evident from our status as a FA Charter Standard Club. The criteria for this status include FA DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) checks for all our volunteers, FA Emergency aid trained volunteers for all teams , addoption of a Safeguarding Children Policy and trained Child Welfare Officers (CWOs) for the club

Should you need to raise any safeguarding or child welfare concerns please use the following contacts: If you have reported a safeguarding concern about a child or young person and are dissatisfied with the manner in which the concerns has been handled, there are a number of organisation you can (and should) escalate the concern to.
